Nothing is easier than making this kale chips recipe. You can snack on this nutrient-dense snack as a replacement for crackers.
|Prep Time:||Cook Time:||Total Time:|
|10 minutes||20 minutes||40 minutes|
- 1 bunch kale
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pinch salt
- First, you’ll want to part the leaves from the stalk of the kale. The starchy stem won’t crisp up well and it’ll be hard to break apart after coming out of the oven.
- After taking the leaves off the kale, massage the leaves with oil (not too much!) and sprinkle with salt.
- Place one layer on a baking pan and put into a 350 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the leaves are crisp.
4. Remove the leaves from the baking sheet and place into a bowl for serving.
5. Serve immediately.
