Peanut Butter & Jelly Drink

This peanut butter & jelly drink will revive a childhood favorite lunch staple, the peanut butter and jelly sandwich. This drink turns a classic into a cocktail.

How to Make a PB&J

Making this peanut butter and jelly cocktail is as easy as mixing two ingredients together.

First, you’ll need a chilled highball glass. Stick it in the freezer for a couple of hours before use or you can store them in the freezer.

You will need peanut butter whiskey and your berry seltzer for your PB&J cocktail.

Choose your type of “jelly” in the form of a seltzer. My favorite is a raspberry-flavored White Claw, but you can use other types of “jelly-flavored” seltzers for this drink, such as a strawberry-flavored Bud Light seltzer. Another option is a mixed berry Truly seltzer. Choose your favorite and pour it into your chilled glass. Then take a shot (or maybe a little more, I won’t tell) of Skrewball peanut butter whiskey and pour it into your seltzer of choice.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Shot

Looking for something a little stronger? It’s easy to turn this peanut butter and jelly drink into a shot.

Instead of filling up your glass entirely with the seltzer, make a lowball glass and fill with a shot of Skrewball whiskey. Then add in an ounce or two of your seltzer. Mix with a spoon. Garnish with fresh berries, strawberries or raspberries.
