These healthy zucchini fries are so delicious you won’t even be able to tell that they are baked and not fried! Use garlic aioli as a dipping sauce or even a homemade mayonnaise.
The secret to a nice “crust” that will be crunch out of the oven is turning the oven up to 425 degrees. You can also use an air fryer if you have one on hand.
I always make a whole bunch of these fries since they tend to go quickly. They make a great appetizer for a party or just for your family for dinner.
What to Serve with Zucchini Fries:
You can dip these fries into almost anything: ketchup, mayo, but my favorite is a garlic aioli. Try my garlic aioli for these healthy zucchini fries. You can also serve this dish with a lemon wedge and parsley sprinkled on top to add some acid to the dish.
These zucchini fries also go great as a side for a grilled cheese or a rack of lamb.
If you’re looking for a keto replacement for chips, try dipping these fries into freshly made guacamole or a queso cheese dip.
