Generally, ranch dressing is made with a base of mayonnaise. Instead, this healthy ranch dressing is made with a nonfat greek yogurt and greek yogurt. It has a similar tang and taste as its full-fat counterpart but this recipe is packed full of protein.

Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt: Use a nonfat greek yogurt as the base for this recipe.
  • Cottage Cheese: Adding in smooth cottage cheese adds another creamy flavor profile to the ranch.
  • Lemon: Adding in a acid will help give the ranch that classic buttermilk flavor.
  • 2% milk: This ingredient will thin the ranch dressing. Omit if you want to make a thick ranch dip instead.
  • Seasoning: Hidden Valley’s signature ranch seasoning is crucial when making this dressing! But if you don’t have any on hand just blend salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dried or fresh: chives, parsley, and basil together into the other ingredients.
