Making the perfect air fryer salmon with skin is one of the easiest weeknight meals for anyone who wants an easy recipe and a healthy meal. Pair with a Caesar salad or even with a side of cornbread for dinner tonight!

Ingredients
The ingredients for this salmon recipe is incredibly straightforward. You will only need:
- Salmon: Pick up fresh or frozen salmon filets with the skin on. If you would prefer the skin off the salmon instead, it’s perfectly fine to purchase skin-off filets instead.
- Seasoning: Season with your favorite type of salmon seasoning – this could be as simple as salt and pepper or you can use a designated salmon seasoning. You can also omit the seasoning completely.
How to Make Air Fryer Salmon
Following this easy recipe to make this air fryer salmon with skin only requires two ingredients. I love using my Cusinart Toaster Oven/Air Fryer for all my air frying needs.
Seasoning

Making this air fryer salmon is incredibly simple.
Take your salmon filets and season liberally with your favorite seasoning. My salmon seasoning of choice is usually the Magic Salmon Seasoning.
If you don’t have any salmon seasoning, just use salt and pepper on the filets.
Air Frying
After your salmons filets are seasoned, add them to the air fryer basket and fry at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
If you are unsure if the salmon filets are finished cooking, use a meat thermometer to test the internal temperature. Aim for 125 to 130 degrees for perfectly cooked salmon.
The salmon skin will be crisp and the salmon itself will be moist.
How to Air Fry Frozen Salmon
Have some frozen filets of salmon that you forgot to thaw? You can still cook it for dinner tonight in your handy air fryer!
Season the salmon just as you would a thawed filet and place in the air fryer, set to 400 degrees. Allow to fry for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 125 to 130 on a meat thermometer.
